What is a Skeb-like Commission?
A skeb-like commission is a "surprise-style" commission. You (the client) send me (the artist) the character(s) and description you'd like drawn, and then let me (the artist) have artistic liberty on how i illustrate your character.
(No WIPs or revisions unless there's a mistake)

What is custom commission?
A custom commission is a personalized art made based on your request with open-communication. You (the client) send me (the artist) the character(s) and description you'd like drawn, and then let me (the artist) illustrate according to your request or needs.

GENERAL
- This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork.
- Client must be 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement and is responsible for the transaction being made.
- The Artist reserves the right to decline any project.By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the written terms below.PAYMENTS
For International Clients, the Artist only accept any form of payment through built-in payment systems in VGen & Ko-FiREVISIONS
- For Custom Commission, maximum of 2 revisions on sketching stage and maximum of 2 revisions on the rest of process.
(Total max. 4 revisions)
- For Skeb-like/Surprise Me commission, NO revisions. However, please don't hesitate to tell me if there's an aspect of your character (e.g hair accessories) that I missed and I'd gladly do a free revision.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Illustration Work will take 1 to 4 weeks to finish
You reserve the right to be notified of any delayUSE
- Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use. (unless the client bought commercial license)
- The Artist retains ownership of the Work, which includes but is not limited to display the Work on social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels, and more.
- Credit is not mandatory, however it is highly appreciated.
- Do not use my work for any sort of AI training and NFTs.REFUNDS
- Stricly NO refunds after work begins unless initiated by the Artist.
- Clients have the right to request refunds if the Artist failed to deliver Work on timeCOMMUNICATION
- Please provide clear references/description for the Artist when filling the commission request form
- For Custom Commission, the Artist will notify the Client for progress as often as possible, at the very least every 4 days
- For Skeb-like/Surprise Me Commission, the Artist will contact the client when the illustration is finished, unless the Artist initiated communication first for confirmation/further clarity about the Client's references.
